StarHeroes Game Terms of Use

By using the StarHeroes platform, you agree that under no circumstances will you engage in the following prohibited activities, whether in whole or in part:

Derivative Works:

You agree not to copy, reproduce (except as expressly permitted by StarHeroes), translate, reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on or related to the StarHeroes platform or game content.

Cheating:

You agree not to create, use, offer, promote, advertise, distribute, or assist in any of the following activities or methods that are not expressly authorized by StarHeroes:

• Cheats: Utilizing unauthorized methods (whether through hardware, software, or any combination thereof) to influence or facilitate gameplay, including exploiting in-game bugs, which give you or another user an unfair advantage over others.
• Bots: Employing any unauthorized code or software to automate control of the game or any of its features, including the automated control of a character or gameplay within StarHeroes.
• Hacks: Modifying or accessing the software of the StarHeroes platform in any unauthorized way. This includes any unauthorized code or software that alters or facilitates gameplay, or modifies the functionality of the platform.

In-Game Services for Payment:

You agree not to offer, perform, or engage in services such as account boosting, power-leveling, or any other in-game activities in exchange for any form of payment or compensation.

Win Trading:

You agree not to participate in or facilitate "win trading," which refers to intentionally manipulating match outcomes to gain unfair advantages such as rewards, rank progression, or other in-game benefits.

Exploitation of Game Mechanics:

You agree not to intentionally exploit or misuse any in-game mechanics in a way that deviates from their intended purpose. Any abuse of game features will be subject to penalties determined by the game operator.

Account Sharing and Unauthorized Transfers:

You agree not to share, exchange, sell, or transfer your StarHeroes account to another person under any circumstances. Any account sharing or unauthorized account transfer that is deemed inappropriate by StarHeroes may result in penalties, including suspension or permanent account termination.

Consequences of Violations:

In the event of a violation of any of the above terms, StarHeroes reserves the right to impose the following penalties, depending on the severity of the offense:

• Warnings: For minor infractions, users may receive a formal warning.
• Points and Rank Reduction: Any in-game points, ranks, rewards, or progress gained through prohibited activities (e.g., cheating, win trading, exploitation of mechanics) may be deducted from the user's account.
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of access to the game or platform.
• Permanent Ban: In severe or repeated violations, permanent termination of the account.
• Confiscation of Rewards: Any rewards, items, or in-game assets obtained through unfair methods may be confiscated or voided without notice.

The severity of the penalty will be determined at the sole discretion of StarHeroes, based on the nature and extent of the violation.
